Gonna learn to play pool
Gonna sing about the sun
Leaving love on a stool
Gonna rage and run.
My city has lost its zip code
My state is confusion
My country governs a load
With a dreamy profusion
Let’s leave this mind
Skip over the Atlantic
Slip the bind
Live less frantic.
Might quit shaving
Might quit paying bills
Might like misbehaving
Might blow the satanic mills.
